  • provide you access to the Site

  • where it is necessary for your subscription application to be assessed
  • as reasonably necessary in order to enable us to make the Site available to you
  • for the purposes of product development, research or statistical analysis
  • when we reasonably believe it is required by law
  • when you give us permission to do so
  • as reasonably necessary in order to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public
  • as necessary to assert our rights.

Updating your information

You may access and update or correct the information we hold about you whenever you choose to do so by using our contact details below.

Where we hold information that you are entitled to access, we will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it (for example, by mailing or emailing it to you). We will not charge for simply making a request and will not charge for making any corrections to your personal information. If you make an access request, we will ask you to verify your identity.

Subscribers will generally be able to access and update their membership details online. We request that you keep your information as current as possible so that we may continue to improve our services to you.

Complaints
